The four subcommittees of the Campus Experience and Culture Advisory Council (CECAC) will make recommendations to the Council to review, approve, and forward to the Executive Leadership. The subcommittees will also draw on experts at Duke and outside to identify best practices upon which to base their recommendations.
These four subcommittees will work in collaboration and meet regularly to develop responsive strategies guided by the survey data.
Using data to identify gaps in policy and practices and support evidence-based decisions to improve experiences and culture across our campus community.
Examining how Duke data about its culture and individual experiences through knowledge and skill development as well as how to support units to improve their environment through learning.
Inform and engage the campus community about the survey and increase transparency and engagement around efforts to improve campus culture.

Engage policies, protocols, and practices that improve the campus experiences for everyone.
