- Recommend policies and practices that address gaps identified in the survey, consistent with Duke’s Inclusive Excellence principles.
- Support institutional planning for units to measure progress on survey outcomes.
- Convene a subgroup to advise Human Resources on professional development and advancements pathways for staff.
